Michelle has completed three of the Community Associations Institute classes in preparation for her PCAM case study. She is well versed in management of homeowner association, condominium associations and co-operatives in the State of Florida. Michelle has worked with over forty different associations on the West Coast of Florida. Michelle has extensive knowledge of Florida Statute 718 for condominiums as well as 720 for homeowners associations in Florida. Each Association has its own unique and individual needs, whether its is financial reports, insurance, environmental, engineering, security or some other agenda.
