Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Facility Services, ensure the safety and maintenance of all Children's Friend buildings and occupants. You will provide coordination of maintenance and repairs, or arrange repairs, for building structures, heating and air conditioning systems, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and other operating systems as needed. Description LB&B Associates is seeking a full-time Custodian for its contract to provide operations and maintenance services at the J.O Pastore Federal Building in Providence, RI. Hourly pay rate: $21.23 per hour. Requirements (include but not limited to): Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning including sanitizing. Hard surface floor care - stripping/waxing/buffing experience highly desired.
