Manufacturing company needs an Human Resources Manager. The company, which employs engineers, scientists, and many hourly personnel, needs someone to perform general HR oversight. Your duties will include: Implementation of company policies and procedures Employee relations and recruitment Promote positive plant culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Compensation, benefits administration, performance reporting Management of employee on-the-job training Coaching and counseling Employee law compliance and reporting REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources management strongly preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing environment, especially one that employs hourly workers, is required. Should be very experienced with HRIS systems, and for generating reports. Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred, but not a must.
