I enjoy the structure and clarity of my role. Managers listen and lead with clarity and respect for everyone’s role. I truly enjoy the problem-solving aspects of my role here. That’s great for consistency, but there’s little room for individual creativity or experimentation. Some are great at communicating, others stick strictly to policies and numbers. Beyond that, the team atmosphere is fantastic. The operations are efficient, and innovation is welcomed at all levels. Safety practices exist but are sometimes unevenly applied.

Leadership is accessible and quick to address concerns. Employees appreciate the company’s focus on quality and continuous improvement. Training exists but is often generic. The job becomes repetitive over time, but management stays out of the way if targets are met.
