I’m looking for someone who is motivated and energetic, preferrable licensed, to assist with the development, implementation and management of a marketing plan for my 750 person database, and someone I can mentor and coach to help as a sales assistant with Buyers and Sellers. You’ll also manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including document management, scheduling sign installation, photos, showing appointments, inspections, repairs, and interacting with Buyers, Sellers, Lenders and title companies. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and love working with people.
· Over 40-year professional Broker with successful career in both residential and commercial real estate
· Former Broker /Owner of several real estate companies
· Established clientele - residential and commercial
· Seeking an exciting opportunity and be well compensated
· Basic knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
· Energetic, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated.
· Well organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
· Social media / Tech savvy
