    What We Need

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Campus Recruiter/Campus Partnerships Manager to help us build strong relationships with key academic institutions and ultimately pack the top of the student funnel for our Employer-Sponsored Student Loan Programs. This role will focus on campaigning to schools and creating partnerships with universities to ensure a steady pipeline of students for our programs, fulfilling student volume to drive success for our employer clients.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and Execute School Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns aimed at key academic institutions to attract students to our employer-sponsored loan programs
    • Build Relationships with Schools: Establish and nurture strong relationships with academic institutions, career services, and student organizations to create robust student pipelines
    • Manage Lead Generation Process: Manage all stages of the lead generation process from schools, from initial contact through conversion, using both digital and traditional recruitment channels
    • Represent Employer Clients: Represent employer clients in meetings with academic institutions and career services teams, tailoring recruitment campaigns to meet clients' workforce needs
    • Serve as Liaison: Serve as a liaison between employer clients and academic institutions to align recruitment strategies with workforce requirements
    • Collaborate on Sales Materials: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and compliance teams to create engaging materials that resonate with schools, including emails, newsletters, and presentations
    • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends and feedback from schools and employers to continuously improve recruitment approaches
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align recruitment strategies with company goals and ensure a seamless experience for schools
    • Track Campaign Performance: Track recruitment campaign performance and school engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize conversion rates
    • Provide Support: Provide ongoing support and communication to academic institutions throughout the recruitment process to ensure they are informed, engaged, and motivated to participate in our programs


    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3 years of experience in campus recruiting or selling to universities with a focus on academic partnerships—ideally with an established network of campus relationships
    • Strong understanding of academic recruitment tools, career services platforms, and social media for recruitment
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, applicant tracking software, and email marketing platforms
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and persuasive messaging
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to tailor recruitment campaigns to meet the specific requirements of employer clients' workforce needs
    • Proven track record of representing employer clients in campus recruitment efforts
    • Experience in developing and executing targeted campus recruitment campaigns
    • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
