Executive Compensation Analyst jobs in the United States

Provide compensation support alongside the dedicated compensation advisor/partner for the respective business unit (Compensation Partner for Technology, Core (ex), Trading and International), through cross-functional relationships within HR and partnerships with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the global year-end bonus process and annual total compensation reviews through system preparation, testing, training, communication, and analytical support
• Act as subject matter expert by providing insights from external market intelligence and internal peer data
• Support Finance and Head of Compensation Operations, as appropriate, to ensure accurate budget and bonus accruals
• Participate in various compensation surveys and work with consultants to benchmark compensation in financial services and other adjacent markets. Provide key findings to senior leadership throughout the year
• Assist in the design of compensation programs and policies, including modeling financial costs and drafting communication materials
• Centrally administer the year-end compensation process for the firm via the bonus allocation systems for both Core Infrastructure and Trading
• Develop and maintain year-end compensation models
• Advise Recruiting on offer structure for candidates
• Maintain deferred compensation program, including grants, forfeiture, distribution, etc.
• Assist with compensation system configuration and administration; including UAT, data auditing, and user support
• Participate in special projects as needed

Ideally 2 years experience in compensation gained at a bank, hedge fund, or financial services organization.
