Being an Electrical Engineering Supervisor I coordinates projects with other technical teams and vendors to ensure engineering projects are appropriately staffed and milestones are achieved. Monitors project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to increase efficiency, production quality, and volume. Additionally, Electrical Engineering Supervisor I requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Electrical Engineering Supervisor I supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
