Prepares job offers, assists in compensation negotiations and conducts orientation for new employees. Additionally, Recruiter IV performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May guide lower-level recruiters. Requires a bachelor's degree of human resources. Typically reports to a manager or director. Recruiter IV is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.
