Oversees quantitative analysis and the creation of predictive models used for enhancing forecasting accuracy and improving workforce decision making. Being a Workforce Analytics Manager guides efforts to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytic tools. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Workforce Analytics Manager typically reports to a head of a unit or department. The Workforce Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
