ROLE: 

10Pearls is seeking a high-energy, proactive Sales Coordinator with sound business acumen and excellent organizational skills to join our rapidly growing digital innovation company. As a Sales Coordinator, you will have immediate impact on the growth and scale of 10Pearls by contributing in a variety of ways to all pre-sales meetings with the Executive team.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and ensure team is on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly organized
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers/ project team
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements- either verbally or through written documentation, to project managers, sponsors, clients, or other stakeholders
  • Assists in conducting research to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts
  • Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years’ work experience, preferably in a services organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Highly Organized
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, executives, and customers
