What you'll be doing:

• Work with executives and support them in the facilitation of sales meetings
• Organize and carry out projects while providing administrative support services to executives
• Be proactive in following up sales meetings through closing, scheduling, and determining/communicating action items
• Prepare, present, and follow through with proposals, legal documents, paperwork, etc.
• All follow up communication with clients via thank you notes and gifts
• Research and find addresses/contact information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating with management/executives
• Knowledge of contract and proposal writing
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to different situations
