We are seeking a Strategic Solutions Consultant who will contribute to 10Pearls overall growth strategy by building a relationship with our clients and defining a solution to their problems. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a knack for reading between the lines. You should also understand consultative selling and be familiar with digital transformation, digitization, and modernization.
This person will be representing 10Pearls’ brand to their networks and keeping an eye out for top talent to build our growing teams. They will not only be considered a top advisor to both customers and colleagues, but they will also be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and get creative. Responsibilities:
Viewing the client's business through a strategic lens to create custom, tailored solutions specific to each customer's needs.
Define 10Pearls to the customer by communicating the full breadth and depth of 10Pearls’ services and solutions that can support the customer’s mission.
Describe the customer to 10Pearls by ensuring 10Pearls understands customer needs and trends.
Leveraging and developing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and strengthen a trusted relationship with the customer while serving as the primary 10Pearls senior voice to that customer.
Ensure a coherent, integrated 10Pearls message to the customer while promoting corporate capabilities and solutions to meet customer needs.
Build, improve, and manage significant key individual customer relationships and provide oversight on strategic customer deliverables.
Promote and introduce corporate capabilities, technologies, services, and solutions to the customer and be familiar with new 10Pearls offerings.
Possess an in-depth understanding of both the customers and 10Pearls business.
Possess an in-depth understanding of the account’s competitive landscape (including competitors and potential partners).
Develop and track a strategic business development methodology which includes regular, periodic meetings with strategically relevant customer contacts.
Host senior customer visits to 10Pearls, and arrange visits to customer sites, as appropriate.
Communicate account information horizontally across all 10Pearls Groups to aid in their business development and program execution.
Establish collaboration and information reporting capability to support customer information and track emerging opportunities, issues, and results.
Provide senior customers an avenue to communicate satisfaction/dissatisfaction with 10Pearls performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 15+ years of experience with extensive leadership, professional knowledge, and job experience working within technical solutions sales.
Demonstrated ability to understand how a combination of innovation, technology and partnership can be used to address unique customer problems and challenges leading to year over year business line growth.
Ability to track changing needs and match 10Pearls' wide range of capabilities to these needs.
Proven ability to work in a complex, multi-faceted organization with a wide range of customer offerings.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
