The Planning team’s role is to contribute to driving client business by crafting meaningful insights borne from a holistic understanding of our target audiences [Consumer, Patient, Caregiver, HCP, Payer]. We utilize primary and secondary market research to identify conscious and subconscious barriers and drivers to motivate meaningful attitudinal and behavioral change.  By integrating target insights with and understanding of market dynamics and product benefits, we lead development of brand positioning and brand stories that resonate with our priority targets. Our insights and strategies fuel creative ideas that directly impact in-market results.  The associate planner is a support role within the planning department; providing logistic and strategic support to planners and the accounts they lead. This role provides extensive on-the-job training focused on building a strategic skillset, experience, and ultimately, project independence.
