The focus of this position is to develop experience and competence in all tasks associated with users’ computer problems, including triage and troubleshooting. Technical experience in the requirements of AbelsonTaylor’s various software and hardware including Windows/Mac builds, LAN administration, Microsoft Windows and Office knowledge, and other software and hardware is required. Work should be completed efficiently, with minimal errors. Develop flexibility to manage time and work order assignments and priorities.
