The Learning and Development Manager will support the AT employees by defining, designing, managing and facilitating training and leadership programs. You will work strategically to anticipate training and development needs and respond by researching and designing training solutions to meet the needs of the business, retain and develop talent and build internal talent pipelines. You will collaborate with senior leadership to create and identify specific training objectives and programs to meet the needs of the company.
