ABRIGO Business Operations Analyst, Finance Salary in the United States

Abrigo is looking to add a Business Operations Analyst, Finance to our Accounting and Finance team. You will partner with sales operations, revenue, and billings teams to (i) build, streamline, and automate our deal desk processes, (ii) support management by ensuring strong data-integrity, and (iii) share and build best practices as it relates to process improvement and operations. This individual will report to our Controller.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing related matters
• Partner with Sales Operations to ensure opportunities are properly built and tracked in Salesforce including booking amount and various other required fields
• Assist Sales Operations and Billings teams in reviewing complex orders, which involves acting as the liaison between key partners involved in the deal structuring process
• Administer and support team members on the CRM system, Salesforce, and support in maintaining data quality
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting and Legal to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard negotiated deals.
• Own MRR and customer retention analysis and reporting
• Ensure Salesforce and NetSuite are reconciled
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Billing team to ensure timely handover of invoice creations and review of credit worthiness
• Maintain an agreed upon SLA on turnaround times providing data-driven consultation to internal stakeholders using financial and operational modeling to answer complex questions
• Identify and support process improvement efforts to streamline current procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc analysis as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable reports, statements and communications that provides insights, enabling quick decision making
• Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Excel, Saleforce.com and CPQ tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Ability to work with data, inclusive of a keen attention to detail, data discrepancies, and down-stream dependencies
• Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
