About the Role
We are looking for a high energy content nerd to join Ethos’ growing Marketing Team. You’ll be tasked with building a high-quality content development arm for the business. You will focus on providing value to prospects and customers through the identification and creation of educational content that supports lead generation, sales enablement, and retention. Think of yourself as Ethos' resident storyteller, strategizing what type of content we produce to drive growth, acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement of current and potential customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about curating content that empowers both new and potential customers to understand the important role life insurance plays in an individual’s financial legacy. This person will own the content strategy, establishing the processes and toolkits needed to scale the business.
This role will play an influential part in establishing Ethos as a thought leader at the intersection of insurance and technology.
