Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a first class experience for applicants by managing customer applications through the underwriting process to ensure that each applicant receives a timely decision
• Primary responsibilities include working with underwriters, other partners, and applicants to obtain additional medical and other information necessary in order for underwriters to make a decision
• Continuously look for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services
• Collaborate and support sales and customer service efforts to ensure a superior and seamless customer experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Track record of successes in fast-paced project management or customer service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated self-starter capable of performing duties with minimal oversight
• Highly organized person with superb attention to detail
• High sense of urgency and problem solving state of mind
• Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment
• Must be comfortable with choosing priorities when presented with multiple challenges
