Join JUUL’s Global Treasury organization and make an immediate positive impact. The Treasury Manager will provide operational support for all activities within the Global Treasury function. This includes treasury operations across cash, investments, foreign exchange, and debt compliance management.  This full-time role will interface with internal teams in finance and accounting functions as well as JUUL’s external business partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

The position reports to the Head of Treasury and manages a Treasury Analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role the primary responsibilities include:

• JUUL’s daily global liquidity, funding for global business, and global cash forecasting process.
• Global bank accounts management including opening, closing, maintaining signatory and banking access controls.
• Coordinate intercompany funding and intercompany loan program
• In-house portfolio management in accordance with the company’s investment policy; including trading activities, compliance, and producing monthly/quarterly investment dashboards.
• Global foreign currency transaction execution and settlement 
• Support debt management and compliance process
• Corporate Card program coordination and support eCommerce payment processors setup
• Central management and tracking of letters of credit and bank guarantees

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in Corporate Treasury or equivalent experience
• Strong work ethics, ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and deliverables.
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in banking platforms and investment applications.
• Understanding of financial statement impact of treasury transactions
• Familiarity with treasury management systems including SAP and Kyriba
• Experience with treasury transformation and project management a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related Business discipline.  MBA degree preferred.
