Description

As an Assistant Community Manager at Arbor Lakes you will provide vital support to the Community Manager of the residential community to which they are assigned. Your overall responsibility is to ensure peak performance of the community by maintaining exceptional resident relations, effectively exploring the market to identify opportunities to secure tenants, managing the residential ledgers and delinquency and assisting with leasing efforts.

Hours of Operation: Full-time employees will be provided with a detailed 5 day work schedule upon hiring.

Monday through Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Qualifications


  • Minimum three years leasing experience in a fast-paced residential rental community
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current
  • Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, including furniture delivery and pick up
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a rotating, five day schedule
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, especially related to federal and local Fair Housing Laws.
  • Performing any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager or Regional Manager
