About Old Guard Association
TOGA was formed as a result of a conversation between a former Regimental Commander, Colonel Greg Gardner, and former Old Guardsman CSM Tom Twomey, during the 1997 Veteran's Day observation at Arlington National Cemetery. A series of follow-on meetings soon established clear-cut goals and a Mission Statement.
