Safety training goes beyond minimum requirements, creating genuine culture of care. They offer a clear path for advancement and great on-the-job training. We all work together to meet our goals, and management does a great job of fostering that collaborative spirit. Workload is manageable and expectations are clear. Not much room for creativity, but that’s expected in manufacturing. Training is available but somewhat limited. The training doesn't stop after orientation - there are regular skills upgrades and safety refreshers. While it creates order, it can sometimes decision-making or block innovation at lower levels.
