Team members are friendly, and the plant floor is well-organized. While benefits and job security are adequate, communication gaps occasionally hinder workflow efficiency. Leadership communicates transparently about company performance and market challenges. However, enforcement of safety protocols can be inconsistent. Safety procedures are in place but enforcement is uneven.

Recognition programs celebrate hard work regularly. Repetitive tasks, but manageable pace. Our facility is one of the cleanest I’ve seen in the industry. Equipment is well-maintained, and expectations are clear. It’s a great place to grow in the manufacturing industry.
