Job Summary: As a Tax Associate, Partnerships, you will develop your knowledge in partnership taxation through assisting in preparation of various partnership specific items including but not limited to 704(b) and taxable income allocations, 704(b) and Tax Capital Account maintenance, liability analysis and allocations, and Tax Receivable Agreement calculations.
