MTCSC was founded in 1997 by David B. Camarata. In 2002, MTCSC opened the Integrated Team Solutions Facility (ITSFAC®) in Stafford to meet the need for a large-scale integration facility proximate to one of the company's primary clients, Marine Corps System Command.
