Responsibilities: + Deliver scripted pitch to the homeowners + Adjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeowners + Handle homeowner's questions and objections + Obtain homeowners information including names and addresses phone numbers etc. + Receive appointments over the telephone + Input appointment details into the computer system + Input homeowners information and important details of conversation + Confirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representative + Issue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners + Quality control phone calls + Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Solicit business from an established sales territory and perform cold calls to prospective customers over the telephone. Customers assigned serviced with forethought and pre-planning, minimizing the need for "emergency" services. Responsible for meeting or exceed sales quota for the territory assigned Secures and places orders and arranges delivery date. Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
