They only look out for their own. Their managers dont even like being there as much as the workers there. Not handicap friendly. Their plumbing in their new location is shot as well. Also, there are pipes in the Whittier location where sales is located that has what looks like dead crows and they car too much about making money than what their employees are breathing in.

sometimes there were 3-5 staff and no clients. do the math for your pay! works out to 17.00/hour and lower for 12 week rotations. very cliquey environment.

i could write so much about this company from the highs to the lows. it was a place that can offer so much adventure to us field staff as we navigated the bay area in a host of different car brands and of various condition. i loved the autonomy of the job when i first started there but things have become so tightened in terms of compliance that it kills the fun of the job. not to mention the company, going through its growing pains, as "remodelled" many times and that has seen mass firings of many great employees. they also didn't pay us very well or honour overtime.

Poor management and very immature management. Drugs are floating everywhere there, so much drama and trouble starters as well. Not a fun or positive atmosphere.

Great managers, team environment, professional attitude, strong work ethics, those are just some of theThings shift doesn’t have and they don’t seem to care about. Managers and supervisor lack back bone andCare more about driving in scooters than to fix all the Inconsistent lack of organization and motivation to keep employees at ease. Being a start up, obviously there are things that are set in stone and that will always be changing. That being said, they take employees thoughts and recommendations and needs in to consideration when making changes in processes. The company is very relaxed, but still fast paced and competitive. Lots of leaning on each other and working together.

Shift has alot of extremely bright and hardworking individuals. Every day is a new challenge and teams work together across departments to discuss strategy and implement solutions. Management is progressive and cares about thier employees.

Have a lot of feed back from the real people from this place “working with awesome cars” if your that type of guy a prixs most of these good rating reviews are fakes. The only truth is laidback which is what’s wrong with this society and his generation everyone in this company wants to do less but expect more. No one works hard for anything now a days of your in the military and your transitioning here u probably are with the lazy fvcks walking around trying to waste hours thinking your sharing personality but in reality you hate this place (shift) keep laying too yourself you won’t get anywhere. And too those real veterans you know it’s time to go back to school. This review isn’t a 5 star review but have fun reading threw this. Shift is a company that expect you the slave to work hard for a buck. Only the idea is genius not the people. And to those transporting vehicles to customers and stealing from them good luck with making time for the lazy fvck that dosnt care about you not this job Cheers!
