The HR Generalist II collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to help make recommendations for improvement. Administers human resources policies and procedures. Being a HR Generalist II provides support for all human resources related activities. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. In addition, HR Generalist II may prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a HR Generalist II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
