Change Management Analyst IV supports and participates in change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with positive benefits and minimum disruption of business processes. Participates in change projects that address the organization's need to modify structure or procedures due to mergers, acquisitions, leadership changes, or other organizational disruptions.
