Leads research activities to identify business opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop plans and strategies for new alliances. Being a Partnership Business Development Senior Manager negotiates with new partners to formalize alliances and relationships. Implements partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, Partnership Business Development Senior Manager establishes processes to track, measure, and analyze results and outcomes and evaluate alliances' value. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Partnership Business Development Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
