The Manager of Clinical Training and Quality is a licensed clinician who is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of training programs that support clinical quality. The specific focus this role is to implement enhancements to the electronic medical record system and train the clinical team to address quality gaps. This involves being in the markets that we serve and working alongside the clinical team, providing input on time management and clinical workflow.
The Manager of Clinical Training and Quality assists with clinical informatics efforts to plan, design and test system enhancements; leads end-user training efforts, provides implementation support, and ensures adoption of systems/processes that results in improved clinical outcomes, end user efficiency and financial outcomes.
The Manager is a subject matter expert specific to the workflow of the company’s systems, understands decisions that will affect end-user training development. Influences and coordinates with organization leaders – Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, VP of Technology. This person works directly with Clinical Leads to implement solutions and ensure performance measures are monitored and met. The Manager of Clinical Training and Quality is someone who has knowledge and experience applying adult learning principals, demonstrated success with project management, and systems implementation experience.
