The Role: Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, the role of the Onboarding and Enablement Coordinator is to maintain and scale our current on-boarding and training initiatives within our Revenue Organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).

The Fit: As we’re scaling our hiring efforts across the organization, we’re looking for a person who is able to juggle multiple onboardings per week, coordinate with different managers across all three of our regions and have the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.


  • Plan, Coordinate and Lead weekly Onboarding sessions with new Revenue hires
  • Develop and iterate on self-paced Lessonly content
  • Monitor and grade certification programs for each role
  • Create Onboarding weekly reports for key stakeholders
  • Help develop Internal and External QBR content for each region
  • Project manage key initiatives within the Revenue organization
  • Travel to select regions to provide onsite support to Sales/Marketing/CS for events
  • Support the Revenue Operations team with quarterly initiatives


  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote teams
  • Has organization and project management skills. Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.  
  • Familiarity with a LMS Platform (Lessonly, Brainshark, etc)
  • Marketing or Sales Technology experience preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and build presentations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple key stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. 
  • Influential and Empathetic: Influence others while not being authoritative 
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per month (occasionally more) for team meetings, conferences, and events. 
  • 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
