The Role:

To further accelerate our impressive growth, we are expanding our Partnerships team. Scaling our business relies on us strengthening our Ecosystem so we are ready to add a key leader to our team to lead the Technology pillar of our partner program. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Technology Program Leader will be responsible for maximizing the value of our expansive network of Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners.

The success of this position will be measured in incremental impact to revenue, customer success, and inbound pipeline. By building repeatable and scalable co-sell motions, high-impact co-marketing campaigns, and deeper product integrations that deliver great value to our customers, you will position the 6sense Technology Program as a critical component of our growth agenda. As a result, our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams will consider you to be an integral part of their ongoing success.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate both experience and strong potential with a well-rounded skillset that includes elements of sales, marketing, program management, operations, consulting, and business development as well as a strong understanding of the key components of a modern revenue technology stack. You must have a growth mindset and a willingness to create programs from scratch in an extremely fast-paced environment. Ideally, you thrive in situations where your creativity, drive, team ethic, persistence, and will-to-win enable you to create partner-led motions that takes 6sense to places we cannot reach alone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the development of the 6sense Technology Partner program
  • Develop strategic sales strategies and motions with our ISV partners
  • Manage the approach and go-to-market plan with current and potential partners
  • Team up with our Sales and Customer Success teams to drive account-mapping and co-sell activities with partners
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to bring awareness to the power of partner integrations that enhance results for 6sense, partners, and clients
  • Work with our sales enablement team to build partner sales expertise across our revenue teams

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 7 years of SaaS Sales, Business Development and/or Partnerships experience
  • Deep understanding of how to structure a Technology partner programs to drive maximum impact
  • Demonstrated experience of driving revenue impact in the Sales and Marketing Technology arena
  • Experience of either developing or adopting partner co-selling motions to impact revenue or customer success
  • Ability to identify, develop, and execute on joint value propositions and use cases that deliver mutual growth
  • Technical knowledge of integration best practices and experience of establishing an ISV-led marketplace at a SaaS firm is highly desirable
  • Proven history of a focus on revenue generation via partnerships
