EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college courses preferred.
EXPERIENCE : A minimum of four years of successful work experience is required, preferably in a human service setting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study may be substituted for experience requirements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with persons served, team members, referral sources and employers. Ability to effectively teach job tasks and utilize judgment in making performance observations and employment recommendations. Ability to adjust to frequently changing work assignments and schedule. A current driver’s license, insured driver status and access to a personal vehicle is required.
