While I wouldn’t recommend it for someone highly ambitious, it’s a decent stop for steady, uninterrupted work in a safe environment. While the work is sometimes demanding, I’ve always felt appreciated. I appreciate how much attention is given to employee input. Career advancement is possible but delayed. Supervisors are approachable, and open communication is the norm.
