Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets

- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce our products and services

- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business

- Provide technical sales support and guidance to clients

- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building activities

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales or account management

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
