The Customer Project and Implementation Senior Manager oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Manages and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Being a Customer Project and Implementation Senior Manager manages and supports multiple implementation projects. Implements policies and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. In addition, Customer Project and Implementation Senior Manager assesses client's requirements, develops scopes and cost estimates, and creates project plans and schedules. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementations. Troubleshoots and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Project and Implementation Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Working as a Customer Project and Implementation Senior Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
