Additionally, Human Resources Generalist II may prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Human Resources Generalist II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
