160over90 is a global, culturally-led creative agency with expertise across advertising, branding, experiential, brand partnerships, PR and communications. From offices in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, 160over90 serves leading brands including AB InBev, Audi, Dicks Sporting Goods, HSBC, Lightlife, Marriott International and Visa. 160over90 sits within Endeavor, the global entertainment, sports and content company.

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s activation programs across their fashion partnerships. Position will report to the Senior Account Executive and will be based in New York.


Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support of client's fashion sponsorship activation and marketing
  • Support activation programming with client agency partners (advertising, Media, PR, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage necessary weekly and bi-weekly calls
  • Collaborate with external properties and internal Endeavor divisions
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing materials. This will include, but not be limited to, development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from rights-holders, distribution of materials to the client
  • Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs
  • Ongoing exploration of fashion partnerships strategy based on client needs
  • Attend client events, as necessary

Education And Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event marketing, influencer marketing or digital marketing)
  • Ability to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus
