Job Description

160/90 is seeking an Associate Account Manager to work in our New York, NY New York City office. The Associate Account Manager position is a unique experiential marketing career opportunity, focusing specifically on multicultural consumer targets on one of our high profile clients. In this position, you will collaborate with the team to project manage experiential campaign development and execution, targeting African American, LGBTQ, US Latino and women travelers. The ideal candidate must have program management experience, be well organized; a self-starter, able to work with a variety of people with varying work styles and be able to prioritize workload against tight deadlines, and possess a keen interest in multicultural initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years or more of program experience, including vendor management and client service.

  • Support the Account team Manager with all program elements and responsibilities
  • Correspondence to clients - timelines, status reports, conference reports and recaps when required
  • Manage program budget tracking
  • Support team in developing innovative experiential tactics with multicultural targets in mind
  • Liaison between internal departments; creative, production and finance.Review and organize all paperwork from the field; expense reports, recaps, HR paperwork
  • Coordinate all new staff paperwork submission, pay schedule, status change forms, credit cards, phone cards, tax paper work


  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or more of related experience with program management, event production and client service. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, project management and prioritization skills
  • Previous experience with professional sports leagues and/or home improvement retailers a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
  • A self-starter, highly organized, knowledge hungry and able to work well with employees at all levels of the organizationWilling and able travel as needed (25%+)
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessary
  • Must have professional appearance and persona
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
