You must be detailed oriented, strongly organized, have a basic eye for graphic design and be able to work multiple projects within tight deadlines. Must have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Must also have a strong working knowledge of PowerPoint. You work efficiently and have no problem taking direction from coworkers and are a clear and friendly communicator.

Responsibilities:

·Produce print materials to manufacturer specs for final production

·Produce print ready pdfs for publications/print

·Retouch and color correct images

·Maintain file and workflow organization across teams

·Adhere to style guidelines

·Communicate with team members to ensure correct and accurate file production

·Check files for adherence to specs

·Collect files for ftp delivery

·Maintain and archive files on the server

·Assist in designing expanded elements in programs, with Art direction

·Support creative team by developing layouts, building PowerPoint presentations and templates based on creative led concepts

Education, Experience and Skills:

·Must have 3+ years experience in prepress/graphic design work

·Degree in Graphic Design related field preferred

·Must be proficient in MAC and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

·Proficiency in PowerPoint required.

·Understanding of technology used in uploading files (FTP, web portals)

·Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

·Knowledge of print processes

·Ability to read and understand deadlines

·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Ability to take direction from multiple people

·Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity outputting files for digital needs (for television screens, etc
