The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of work. They are problem solvers, dealing with issues as they arise and adjusting plans to overcome adversity. They guide project teams to meet milestones and deliver work on time, within budget, and to project specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and adjust processes to ensure that projects deliver on time and within estimated hours/budget (including variance)
• Monitor scope changes and document potential impact to budget and timelines
• Audit project team time submissions for accuracy
• Proactively identify potential project overages, and lead the development of plans to mitigate
• Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance of all projects
• Ensure that projects deliver to client expectations of time and as close to budget as possible
• Lead process portion of kickoff meetings (schedule, deliverables, etc.)
• Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of deliverables and timelines
• Ensure that all information has been provided in order to complete project tasks
• Ensure that internal and external (client) team members are meeting delivery expectations.
• Ensure that milestones are being met
• Ensure that only approved and appropriate resources are working on a project
• Elevate internal and external issues of delivery to appropriate managers (creative, account, service, etc.)
• Proactively suggest changes in process if necessary to ensure delivery of work on time and within budget
• Manage, enforce, and socialize agency processes for optimizing workflow
