From day one, I was welcomed, trained well, and respected. there's a real sense of camaraderie on the production floor. If you’re okay with standing and lifting, it’s a reasonable workplace. Smooth production, reliable deliveries, and quality workmanship define our plant. Leadership maintains an open-door policy, valuing input from all levels. It can be hard to switch shifts or accommodate special requests without early notice.

I feel like my skills are respected and used meaningfully. Communication between shifts could be better. They also encourage continuous learning, providing resources for us to improve our skills. They invest in their employees through skills development and promoting from within.
