Fraud Prevention Supervisor supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to detect possible customer fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring; researches and documents current procedures and processes that impact fraud. Being a Fraud Prevention Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry with regard to fraud prevention. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
