Helps develop and coordinate initiatives, communication, and events with human resources business partners managers and supervisors. Additionally, HR Business Partners Senior Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The HR Business Partners Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
