Understands external labor market conditions. Being a Talent Acquisition Specialist IV leverages effective, economical, and appropriate sources/channels and methods. Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies schools, and associations. Additionally, Talent Acquisition Specialist IV reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or director. The Talent Acquisition Specialist IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
