ACCEPT EDUCATION COLLABORATIVE Payroll Specialist Salary in the United States

Payroll Specialist Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 Work Location: 4 Tech Circle, Natick MA - Prepares and processes Bi-Weekly payroll. -Develops and manages timesheet verification that will meet audit and control standards. -Calculates prorated salaries, retirement/termination data, leave of absence payments, and contractual payments. -Develops regular schedule of payroll preparation, review, and verification. - Communicates with school personnel regarding payroll schedules and procedures. Issues W2’s and other tax related forms. - Collaborates with Human Resource staff regarding employee status changes and payroll adjustments required. - Provides customer service by responding to multiple payroll-related inquiries involving a variety of issues which require detailed research and analysis. - Completes reporting and submits payments to Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System, MA State Retirement System and other vendors associated with standard payroll deductions. - Monitor employee deductions. - Education Requirement: Associates degree or higher - Experience using Infinite Visions is preferred. - Minimum of three-year municipal/public education payroll experience
