HRIS Analyst II develops and administers Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS.) Analyzes and evaluates HR business requirement and ensures that hardware/software solutions meet data management and end user needs. Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. Being a HRIS Analyst II may be responsible for developing systems in-house or working with external vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, HRIS Analyst II typically reports to a Manager. The HRIS Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
