About this Position

The E-Commerce Sales Administrator will be responsible for monitoring and leading AbacusNext’s “click to buy” purchases through the companies’ various online platforms. The ideal candidate must possess strong account management skills, strategic planning and pricing capabilities and operate with a sale’s driven mindset. The role will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams to execute key initiatives and drive sales. The position will require strong E-Commerce experience, financial acumen, customer interface skills, and strategic planning/execution capabilities.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performs administration for AbacusNext’s e-commerce site by adding and removing products, and updating descriptions
  • Approves new customer accounts, making sure the appropriate information is supplied
  • Analyzes sales patterns and makes suggestions to increase sales
  • Understand and optimize conversion paths to increase the add-to-basket rate
  • Update and maintain lists, spreadsheets, collection sheets
  • Update and upkeep data on Salesforce
  • Run daily and weekly sales activity reports and analyze using analyzing tools
  • Identify, evaluate and execute initiatives for operational efficiency
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing associates, and product development to assist with projects/program development
  • Proactively engage the sales team/customers with corrective actions when issues arise
  • Work closely with the sales support teams to manage and update product listing data for a consistent online presence
  • Develop, review, and manage KPI’s daily.

 


Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience with e-Commerce marketplace, analytics, sales or marketing
  • Deep understanding of online channels including pricing and promotions, marketing, and E-Commerce fulfillment
  • Experience working on Salesforce is required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solver
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Sense of humor is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, team player and a self-starter with the ability to take the initiative in supporting business goals
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, professional maturity, and judgment with the capability of communicating with a diverse range of individuals at all professional levels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
